Unlocked after completing the "Gourmet Saga: Soft and Fluffy" quest (quite far in the game, you will have to backtrack after finishing it). You can trigger the quest when you reach the gate after obtaining the key. That boss will drop you the "Secret Key", used to open the locked gate in Trench of Flames. You need to return to Trench of Flames, East Side after defeating the story boss "Efreet Malum" near the end of the story (Berg Volcano). You need some Pepper, which you can find in Kyrd Garrison from harvest points. Talk to the doctor in Mosgul to get this quest (after story events with him).
This will point you towards an Elite monster in Igla Wastes. Unlocked after completing the "Taking Root" quest from same client. You need to defeat some wolf zeugles, and then return to the man who gave you the quest. Go to Iglia Wastes and check the quest marker. Talk to the man halfway up the stairs on the east side of the settlement. You can use fast travel to reset enemies. The easy way to get the fragment is to break the back of the golem. Go to Iglia Wastes and look for huge golem enemy that appear there. You need to get 3x Stone Fragment, which you can get from defeating Golems. The exact moment is when you defeat the 5th Lord and unlock fast travel for all destinations again (when you reach Menancia again). Give him some fashion advice (any option will do), and now you need to wait for a long time (second half of the game) for him to get the clothes and for you to finally finish this quest. Appearance of quests is tied to the story progression, so might want to check if some new quest appeared after certain story events. Only 3 quests are not marked, which are #40 "The Phantom Flower of Nevira", #62 "Beyond the Grave", #70 "Record Collection". Simply talk to the client to initiate the quest. You can easily find quests if you press square, then triangle button (fast travel, list of visited towns/areas) and by the message icon next to the destination. With this in mind, you can't miss anything when ti comes to quests.
When you defeat the 4th lord boss in the cruise ship Mobile Fortress Gradia, the ship sinks and you are locked out of Owl, but although this one is missable, it will appear in Ganath Haros region if you missed it on the ship, Thistlym area, north part of the shore area on the map. You can find 70 side quests in Tales of Arise.
